Role Overview
This Administrator opportunity is part of AECOM’s Fursa Program and is available only to UAE Nationals who hold a valid family book. The position supports day-to-day office and coordination needs to help ensure smooth operations across teams and executives.
Key Duties
- Arrange calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel logistics for executives or team members.
- Manage incoming calls, email communication, and other correspondence while serving as a primary contact point when needed.
- Prepare memos, reports, and presentations, and keep filing systems and records organized and up to date.
- Oversee office supply orders, monitor equipment, and support efficient daily office functioning.
- Assist with data entry, research, and other administrative support activities as required.
Eligibility
This role is reserved for UAE Nationals with a valid family book as part of AECOM’s Fursa Program.
