Diaar is seeking an Accountant to join its real estate team in Riyadh. Key responsibilities

• Record, organize, and maintain financial information while following company policies and applicable regulations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoice tracking and payment processing on schedule.
• Perform regular monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, general ledgers, and financial statements to confirm accuracy.
• Support the creation of annual budgets and forecasts by preparing analysis and useful financial insights.
• Work with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure supporting records are complete and accessible.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance is needed, with real estate exposure preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and accuracy-focused abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
