About the Role

This position is for an Account Manager based in Singapore, supporting the Singapore territory remotely. The role sits within Radiometer’s commercial organization and reports to the Commercial Leader, Singapore.

The core purpose of this role is to expand sales across the assigned territory, build new customer relationships, and strengthen support for existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while supporting customers according to territory business plans, budgets, and KPIs.
• Identify, pursue, and develop both new and existing customer accounts within the assigned territory.
• Plan and conduct in-person visits with current and prospective users of Radiometer products across the territory.
• Launch new products and programs, and share market feedback with sales and marketing leadership.
• Manage existing customer relationships, strengthen the Radiometer brand, and look for opportunities to improve service delivery.

Required Profile

The role calls for someone with more than five years of sales experience in the medical diagnostics sector. A tertiary scientific qualification, or an equivalent background, is expected.

Candidates should understand clinical chemistry and be familiar with laboratory testing and point-of-care testing practices. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities are needed, along with confidence using Microsoft applications and CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to sales and account management for blood gas or immunoassay equipment.
• Experience in acute care, respiratory therapy, or ICU environments.
• Knowledge of IT middleware and sales processes linked to hospital LIS and HIS systems.
