About the role
This internship is with Ridvig Technologies’ food and wellness brand, where you’ll be working directly with the founding team in a busy kitchen setup. The environment centers on preparing fresh meals, salads, wellness items, and recipe kits. It’s a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking, food preparation, kitchen support, and keeping work areas clean and hygienic.
What you’ll do
- Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables and completing mise en place for daily kitchen work.
- Support the team in cooking salads, bowls, juices, recipe kits, and other food items.
- Keep utensils, equipment, storage spaces, and prep counters clean and well-maintained.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices throughout the day.
- Help with packing, portioning, labeling, and arranging ingredients as well as finished products.
- Assist with stock organization, inventory checks, and handling raw materials.
- Take part in routine kitchen tasks such as washing, basic cleaning, and maintaining order.
- Work with the team to keep preparation and dispatch timelines on track.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and learn contemporary food preparation methods used by TheSuChef.
