VRV Sales

About the role

This position is focused on selling Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) systems. The selected professional will work with customers to understand project needs and recommend solutions that fit their requirements. The role also involves coordinating with engineering and installation teams to help deliver successful projects and a strong customer experience.

What you will do

• Plan and execute sales approaches for VRV systems.
• Find and approach prospective clients through networking and outbound efforts.
• Present the product and explain system capabilities through demonstrations.
• Work with technical specialists to design solutions suited to client needs.
• Stay connected with existing customers to support repeat business.
• Track market movements and keep an eye on competitor activity.

Team structure

You will be part of a fast-moving sales team, reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely with engineers and project managers.

Ideal profile

The role calls for someone who combines technical understanding with strong selling ability. Prior exposure to HVAC sales or a related field is important, along with familiarity with VRV systems, confident communication, and solid negotiation skills. The candidate should be comfortable working both independently and in a team, with a strong customer-first approach.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
