Role Overview

As a Video Editor, you will handle post-production for testimonial videos and social media reels, turning raw footage into polished content for websites, advertisements, and sales use cases. The role covers the full post-production process, from editing and sound work to final technical refinement.

Responsibilities

• Edit and complete post-production for testimonial videos and short-form social media reels.
• Produce video cutdowns and compilations for websites, advertising campaigns, and sales presentations.
• Perform color correction, audio editing, and final technical polishing.
• Independently manage the entire post-production workflow from start to finish.
• Work primarily with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, especially Premiere Pro.
• Contribute to process improvements, quality benchmarks, and team projects.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio featuring completed video projects.
• Experience in video editing, ideally with a basic understanding of video production.
• A strong sense of quality, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
• Reliable communication and the ability to work independently.
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• No formal education is required; talent and motivation are valued more highly.
• An authentic, committed personality with the willingness to grow with the team.
