Valet Attendant

Job Overview

Salayel Hospitality is looking for a polished, dependable, and guest-focused Valet Attendant to create a smooth experience for arrivals and departures. This position calls for someone who works with care, prioritizes safety, and handles guest vehicles professionally while upholding the company’s service and brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests courteously as they arrive and leave, helping create a strong first and final impression.
• Park, retrieve, and place guest vehicles safely in the correct designated spots.
• Keep keys and vehicle movements properly logged and controlled.
• Support guests with directions, luggage assistance, and general information when needed.
• Maintain tidy, orderly driveways, entrances, and parking zones.
• Observe all traffic rules, safety practices, and hotel procedures.
• Escalate any vehicle damage, incidents, or guest issues to the supervisor without delay.
• Work in coordination with the Front Office, Security, and Concierge teams.
• Deliver service that consistently matches Salayel Hospitality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior exposure to valet work or another hospitality/customer service role is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving licence is required.
• Good familiarity with Abu Dhabi roads and surrounding areas is important.
• Comfortable driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Clear English communication skills; Arabic or another language is an added advantage.
• Presentable appearance with a positive, professional manner.
• Physically capable of prolonged standing and outdoor work.
• Open to shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
