This opportunity is for an US IT Staffing Coordinator position in Hyderabad with an initial 60-day internship phase. Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle for a range of IT roles in the US staffing market.
• Find and shortlist candidates using job boards, professional networks, and internal talent databases.
• Carry out first-round interviews to evaluate technical capability, communication ability, and overall fit.
• Maintain coordination between clients and candidates so interview scheduling and closures happen smoothly.

Working Schedule

The job is based on a night shift model, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM. The workweek runs from Monday through Friday, and weekends are off on Saturday and Sunday.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Only female applicants are being considered.
• Applicants should hold a B.Tech, MBA, BBA, B.Sc, or any bachelor’s degree.
• Strong spoken and written communication is essential.
• Interest in HR, recruitment, and the US staffing domain is important.
