Role overview

This UI/UX Designer role is based in Quezon City, Philippines. The position involves designing for both web and mobile products, collaborating with clients and engineers, and producing user-focused design solutions that help shape product direction.

Responsibilities

• Create polished mockups, wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes to address complex product challenges and support product planning.
• Work across a mix of web and mobile assignments, translating client needs into practical design outputs.
• Promote a user-first design approach by presenting concepts and progress to both clients and engineering teams.
• Contribute additional creative strengths such as illustration, animation, video, 3D graphics, or lettering where relevant.
• Operate with a high level of trust and independence, as the team does not rely on close supervision.
• Take part in ongoing learning through regular upskilling and knowledge-sharing to stay current with industry best practices.

Requirements

• A flexible design background is welcome; candidates do not need to match a single predefined tool stack.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping software such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Marvel, Framer, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of design applications including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Blender, or comparable tools.
• A well-developed portfolio that demonstrates previous work.
• Front-end awareness and familiarity with design systems are strong advantages.
• Ability to report to the Quezon City office at least two times per week.
