Key Responsibilities

• Partner with educational institutions to plan and run training programs.
• Track and balance trainer workloads to keep operations running smoothly.
• Communicate clearly with colleges, trainers, and internal management teams.
• Make sure the required resources are available and correctly assigned.
• Coordinate both in-house trainers and freelance trainers to ensure programs are delivered without issues.
• Keep training programs on schedule, within the approved scope, and inside the budget.
• Share updates with management and escalate issues whenever needed.
• Prepare, update, and preserve detailed documentation for training programs.
• Support hiring of full-time trainers for training delivery needs.
• Support hiring of freelance trainers for training delivery needs.
