Role Overview
The Test Center Administrator is the visible representative of Prometric at the test center. In this role, you will help maintain a secure, organized, and professional testing environment for candidates taking important exams. The position is well suited to someone who works well in a busy setting, follows detailed procedures, and takes responsibility for protecting exam integrity.

Work Schedule: Full-time hours with varying shifts. The site may operate Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday availability is required. Occasional evening shifts may be needed, and Sunday hours are possible. The preferred candidate should be flexible and open to working different shifts any day from Monday through Saturday between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Schedules are shared two weeks ahead of time.
Responsibilities
- Apply center policies, procedures, and operating standards consistently.
- Welcome test takers and confirm their identity before admission.
- Carry out security checks, including wand screening when required.
- Closely observe candidates throughout the exam session.
- Respond quickly to candidate concerns and help resolve issues when possible.
- Keep test materials and the exam environment secure at all times.
- Protect the fairness, comfort, and integrity of the testing experience.
- Escalate incidents that fall outside established company rules.
- Represent the company’s mission, values, and standards professionally.
- Help prevent misconduct in the test center.
- When applicable, capture and store candidate fingerprint scans digitally.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- College-level education is considered an advantage.
- At least 1 year of in-person customer service experience is required; experience from call centers, retail, or restaurants is acceptable.
- The applicant must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Comfort with standing or remaining in one position for long periods while testing is in progress.
- Capacity to walk through the testing room every 8 to 10 minutes and escort candidates as needed.
- Ability to focus on computer screens and monitor test rooms through camera feeds.
- Ability to work around computer equipment and office fixtures in tight spaces while following safety procedures.

Schedule Notes
