Role Overview
Confido is hiring a Technical Sourcer to take ownership of the upper funnel for engineering hiring. This is a high-impact position centered on consistently identifying, engaging, and advancing outstanding technical talent. You will work closely with recruiting and engineering stakeholders to build pipelines for software engineers, AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and other technical positions.
The role is especially well-suited to someone with a background in sourcing, recruiting, outbound sales, or business development who enjoys building relationships, can handle ambitious goals, and is energized by finding hard-to-reach candidates.
What You Will Do
- Create strong candidate pipelines for technical roles using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Noon.ai, Ashby, and similar sourcing platforms.
- Spot high-caliber engineers who align with the company’s hiring standards.
- Write tailored outreach messages designed to get replies from top technical candidates.
- Run recruiter screens and assess technical candidates before moving them forward.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and sharpen search plans.
- Keep refining sourcing approaches, outreach content, and recruiting workflows.
- Monitor funnel metrics and regularly surpass weekly sourcing and intro targets.

Existing Recruiting Support
You will not be starting from a blank slate. Confido has already built a strong recruiting foundation, including detailed Ideal Candidate Profiles, proven sourcing playbooks, outreach templates with strong response rates, organized Ashby workflows, access to LinkedIn Recruiter and Noon.ai, and structured interview processes with scorecards. After a short onboarding period, you’ll be ready to begin building pipeline right away.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The team is looking for someone with experience in sourcing, recruiting, outbound sales, business development, or SDR work. A strong prospecting mindset, comfort with difficult searches, the ability to recognize excellent technical talent quickly, and skill in writing personalized outreach are all important. The role also calls for strong organization, comfort with metrics, ownership, and the ability to improve systems in a fast-moving startup setting. Technical recruiting experience is helpful, but not mandatory; curiosity, drive, good judgment, and a quick learning curve matter most.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation Range
