About the Internship

Join SKG Real Estate Developer LLP as a Talent Research Intern working remotely from Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to recruitment and networking research for a pioneering real estate developer focused on futuristic and tech-enabled housing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive online research across company career pages, LinkedIn, and other job platforms to uncover relevant job opportunities, recruitment and networking options.
Analyze company websites and job descriptions to gain insights into business models, role prerequisites, qualifications, job locations, work authorization rules, deadlines, and candidate compatibility.
Screen and shortlist suitable opportunities based on defined criteria to avoid irrelevant or unqualified job listings.
Maintain detailed research and application trackers using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, recording essential data such as company names, job titles, source, requirements, application links, deadlines, status updates, and follow-up actions.
Leverage AI-powered tools like ChatGPT and Claude to summarize information, benchmark job requirements, support company intelligence efforts, and enhance research efficiency.
Assist in crafting tailored application materials, professional correspondence, networking messages, and follow-up responses based on verified information.
Identify pertinent recruiters, hiring managers, and professionals for ethical networking and outreach engagements.
Track and confidentially document application progress, responses, follow-ups, communications, and interview developments.
Submit daily progress summaries and weekly comprehensive reports covering researched opportunities, shortlisted prospects, applications supported, response status, and pending actions.
Ensure accuracy by verifying all gathered information before documentation or submission; avoid unreviewed use of AI-generated content.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must be available to work remotely and can start between July 22, 2026, and August 26, 2026.
Availability for the full three-month internship duration is required.
Relevant skills, interests, and a preference for women seeking to start or restart their careers are emphasized.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong written English and professional communication abilities.
Experience or comfort in using LinkedIn, company job portals, and AI research tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
Excellent internet research capabilities, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret detailed job descriptions and articulate reasons for opportunity relevancy.
Aptitude to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Prior experience in recruitment research, talent sourcing, lead generation, market or academic research, virtual assistance, or business research is advantageous but not compulsory.
Submission of a brief sample of prior research or spreadsheet work will be favored.

Stipend and Benefits

Monthly compensation ranges between INR 12,000 and INR 16,000, which includes a fixed stipend of INR 8,000 to 12,000 plus an incentive of INR 4,000.
Flexible working hours aligned with remote arrangements.
Certificate of internship completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
