Role overview
We’re hiring a Talent Partner to join a remote team serving clients across the United States. In this role, you’ll act as the connection point between clients and exceptional candidates, using a mix of recruiting expertise, market awareness, relationship management, and platform data to create strong hiring outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Work with hiring managers, founders, and executives to clarify business priorities, team needs, and role expectations across go-to-market, operations, finance, engineering, and product functions.
- Develop and maintain healthy candidate pipelines using active sourcing, referrals, and the company’s proprietary platform.
- Launch searches promptly and with accuracy, keeping the process efficient from the start.
- Share market intelligence and data-backed guidance with clients on talent supply, compensation positioning, and hiring approach.
- Support candidates through every stage of recruitment, from the first discussion through offer acceptance, while keeping the experience clear and positive.
What the employer is looking for
- Background as a recruiter with roughly 1 to 4 years of experience, either in-house or at an agency.
- Solid understanding of the technology sector, in-demand skills, and current talent-market trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus the ability to build trust and advise people across seniority levels.
- Self-driven, solutions-oriented approach with a genuine interest in helping businesses scale and candidates advance.
- Comfort handling several searches and client relationships at once while still delivering high-quality work.
- Experience supporting startups, scaleups, or enterprise clients is considered an advantage.
