Supply Chain Operations Analyst

About the Role

This position sits within a service supply chain environment, where technology platforms and client systems are combined to design, run, and improve managed service and BPaaS solutions across the full lifecycle of planning, delivery, and recovery. The role partners with business development teams and functions as a subject matter expert to help create robust solutions that strengthen supply chain performance and customer experience.

Role Overview

The Supply Chain Operations Analyst will support stakeholders by preparing reports from assigned tools and data sources. The work is aligned to one of three focus areas: Service Availability Matrix (SAM), Service On-Time Delivery (SOTD), or Reporting. The role also involves interpreting data against the business case and sharing findings regularly with relevant teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with core business processes and day-to-day workflow execution.
• Spot operational issues, risks, and areas that may affect delivery.
• Track performance outcomes and produce meaningful analysis for review.
• Manage and maintain databases and related records.
• Carry out updates to data and application records as needed.
• Own assigned tasks and process responsibilities from start to finish.
• Act as the initial contact for customer escalations related to database concerns.
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
• Escalate data issues and program-related concerns to the appropriate management level.
• Identify and promote best practices that can improve the end-to-end process.
• Create and review Tier I and Tier II client reports.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to refine and improve processes.

Requirements

• Undergraduate qualification or bachelor’s degree.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain or a business analyst-type role.
• At least 18 months of relevant experience in supply chain or business analysis.
• Strong command of English.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Advanced Excel capability and database management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
