This contract opportunity is suited to a creative, highly organized social media professional who is enthusiastic about the beauty space. The role focuses on growing a beauty brand’s digital visibility by shaping and delivering engaging content plans for Instagram and TikTok.
You’ll need a sharp sense for current beauty trends, solid planning and execution skills, and the ability to build audience engagement through fresh, effective social campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage monthly content calendars designed for beauty-focused audiences.
- Plan, write scripts for, and coordinate the production of Reels and other short-form video content.
- Research emerging beauty trends and weave them into the content strategy.
- Write engaging captions and schedule posts for strong audience reach and interaction.
- Track audience activity, reply to comments and direct messages, and help maintain community engagement.
- Measure content performance, review analytics, and share regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Work with influencers and support influencer marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in managing social media for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- A strong portfolio showing content development and audience growth work, ideally within the beauty sector.
- Comfort using video editing software and social media scheduling tools.
- Good understanding of how Instagram and TikTok algorithms work, along with platform best practices.
- Strong writing, captioning, and copywriting ability.
- Ability to spot new beauty trends and translate them into content ideas.
- Experience with influencer outreach and campaign coordination.
- Well-organized, detail-focused, and able to handle several projects at once.
- Availability for part-time, contract-based remote work.
