This role suits people who enjoy working with others, learning on the job, and contributing to a safe, upbeat workplace. Prior experience is not required, as training will be provided. The position also offers opportunities to build transferable skills, grow professionally, and support community initiatives through Panda Cares.
What You’ll Do

- Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow operational guidelines and food safety procedures to ensure fresh, high-quality food is served.
- Work efficiently in a busy kitchen setting and rotate through areas such as the front counter, drive-through, or kitchen as needed.

The role comes with flexible scheduling, competitive pay, free meals during shifts, hands-on paid training, and opportunities for career and leadership development. Eligible full-time associates may also receive medical, vision, dental, voluntary short-term disability, cancer income protection, flexible spending accounts for health care and dependent care, 401(k) with company match, paid time off including vacation, sick leave, bereavement/funeral leave, leave share program, associate discounts, referral bonuses, and chances to give back to the community.
Requirements

- Some high school education.
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local rules, and any related cost must be paid by the employee.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
The work area can be hot, busy, and noisy, with limited storage and shelving placed at higher levels. Team members are usually on their feet for long periods and may need to handle hot and cold food, use a Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment, and maintain speed without sacrificing accuracy. The job may require lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for up to four hours, and reaching across 36-inch counters to serve customers.
