Senior Workday Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

This position is for an experienced Workday techno-functional consultant with strong HCM domain knowledge. The role involves hands-on configuration and support across Workday Payroll, integrations, and expense management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Payroll processes.
• Handle Workday integrations, specifically PICOF and PECI, with ADP.
• Work on expense management workflows related to travel and reimbursement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Additional requirements

• Relevant experience in Workday consulting, with a techno-functional profile.
• Good understanding of the HCM domain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be willing to work the 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM IST shift.
