About the company
CaSE Contractors is an internationally experienced specialist team delivering civil and structural engineering support to government and infrastructure clients. The business partners with a range of delivery agencies and contributes technical expertise across every stage of a project, from early planning through to delivery. Its work spans major infrastructure and building projects in multiple regions worldwide, and it promotes a positive, progressive environment that values diversity, inclusion, and professional growth.
The opportunity
CaSE is hiring a Senior Structural Drafter / Digital Modeller to support a wide mix of major infrastructure and building work across Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Ireland, and the UK. This is a practical leadership position with close involvement from the Digital Manager, where you will help strengthen quality, consistency, and efficiency in BIM delivery while influencing how digital design work is executed across projects.
You will work with high-performing teams on technically complex, visible projects and help shape better delivery outcomes through design coordination, modelling excellence, and process improvement.
Key duties
- Produce accurate BIM models and technical drawings/documentation for several projects at once.
- Work alongside engineers, project managers, and the Digital Manager to keep delivery aligned.
- Coordinate models and drawings so programme milestones are met.
- Support the development and application of BIM standards, workflows, and document control practices.
- Help improve systems, procedures, and project delivery methods over time.
- Guide, coach, and support junior team members.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate brings substantial structural drafting and BIM experience across different construction environments, along with a sound understanding of structural design and multidisciplinary coordination. Strong capability in Revit, BIM processes, and 3D modelling is important, and skills in Dynamo or family creation would be a plus.
You should be comfortable handling coordination and clash detection on complex projects, balancing multiple stakeholders and workloads, and staying detail-focused while taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Clear communication, teamwork, and a genuine interest in mentoring others are also essential. Experience with precast and reinforcement detailing will be an advantage.
Why join CaSE
CaSE focuses on continuously improving how projects are delivered through smarter processes, innovation, and collaboration. You’ll join a supportive, high-performing team that enjoys solving difficult problems together, within a relaxed and down-to-earth culture that values both strong results and a positive workplace atmosphere.
