Senior Project Manager

Role overview

This role is for a senior project management professional based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple initiatives while ensuring each project is aligned with defined outcomes and KPIs. Applicants should be able to demonstrate prior involvement in projects they helped deliver, as well as experience handling large-scale programs or events such as conferences, exhibitions, or similar activations.

Key responsibilities

• Build project strategies around clearly defined outcomes and measurable KPIs.
• Show evidence of having contributed to completed projects in previous roles.
• Oversee major projects or events, including conferences, exhibitions, and comparable large-scale initiatives.
• Support the preparation and development of RFP scope requirements.
• Coordinate several vendors across different projects and activations.
• Monitor and manage budgets covering multiple activations.
• Work with finance and legal teams on contracts, agreements, and payment follow-ups after completion.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and skills

A bachelor’s degree in marketing is required. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and comfortable handling several projects at the same time. Strong project management, time management, teamwork, and communication abilities are essential. Fluency in both Arabic and English is expected. The role also calls for empathy, emotional intelligence, and the ability to analyze and report on project progress and outcomes.
