Role overview

The Senior Human Resources Associate will be an important part of the people team, helping drive hiring, employee support, and engagement efforts. Key responsibilities

  • Communicate and reinforce HR policies and procedures while ensuring alignment with labor regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Monitor attendance and timekeeping, identify discrepancies, and help resolve issues.

Minimum qualifications

  • At least 2 to 3 years of leadership experience in human resources, business, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and generalist HR work.
  • Excellent interpersonal ability with the right balance of approachability and authority.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
