Security Coordinator

Role Overview

This position focuses on coordinating security practices and procedures that help protect staff and support safe operations across different working environments. The role sits within the Logistics & Operations function in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain security policies and standard procedures.
• Carry out security reviews and provide relevant safety training.
• Liaise and coordinate with external security agencies when needed.
• Respond to security-related incidents and oversee evacuation planning and execution.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a similar discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in security coordination.
• Working knowledge of risk evaluation and crisis response practices.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Kabul, Afghanistan. The advertised salary range is $40,000 to $50,000. The application deadline is 11/15/2025.
