Role Overview

This position is focused on promoting Demat and trading account services from the Mumbai location. The role combines outbound calling, lead nurturing, customer explanation, and coordination with internal teams to drive account openings and support the onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls to market Demat and trading account offerings.
  • Walk customers through the features and advantages of Demat accounts while addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Identify sales opportunities, build interest, and convert qualified leads into completed account openings.
  • Arrange meetings or discussions with interested prospects whenever needed.
  • Persistently follow up with leads until the account opening process is finished.
  • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Candidate Profile
