Role Overview
Clinique La Prairie Resort in Amaala is looking for a commercially driven Sales Director to lead revenue expansion for a luxury health resort setting. The position calls for an experienced hospitality sales leader who can shape strategic plans, deepen client partnerships, and guide the sales function toward strong business results while supporting an exceptional guest journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement sales plans designed to grow revenue and improve market presence.
- Pursue fresh business leads across corporate accounts, travel trade channels, and group business.
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with corporate customers and important commercial partners.
- Monitor market movement, competitor activity, and guest/customer insights to refine selling approaches.
- Build reliable forecasts, budgets, and performance updates for leadership review.
- Direct, coach, and inspire the sales team so both individual and team targets are achieved.
- Work closely with Marketing and Operations to design promotions, bundled offers, cross-sell opportunities, and seasonal packages.
- Maintain a high standard of customer care throughout the sales cycle and protect ongoing client relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or an equivalent discipline is required.
- At least 8 years of sales experience, including 5 years or more in a leadership position within hospitality, is expected.
- Background in resort or luxury hospitality sales, along with a solid understanding of industry requirements and audience targeting, is necessary.
- Proven success in hitting or surpassing sales goals and contributing to business growth is important.
- Strong capability in leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management is essential.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to plan strategically are key for this role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite is needed.
- English fluency is mandatory; Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage.
