Role overview
This opportunity is for a Sales Associate position at Humaans, a London-based technology company developing AI-driven infrastructure for modern workplaces. The product replaces traditional, fragmented HR systems with an intelligent layer built for fast-scaling organisations that operate across countries.
The role focuses on generating outbound pipeline for Humaans’ AI-powered HRIS platform. You will be reaching out to HR decision-makers at mid-market companies, using cold calling as your main channel to qualify prospects and help refine the outbound sales approach. It is a hands-on role with a clear route toward becoming an Account Executive.
Compensation
The package offered is £35k-£40k plus equity.

Key responsibilities
- Prospect target accounts through high-volume outreach across cold calls, email, and social platforms to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Run consultative discovery conversations with CHROs and Heads of People to determine whether the solution is a strong fit and to explain Humaans’ value.
- Work closely with the founding team to improve outbound tactics and share insights gathered from customer conversations.
Ideal candidate profile
- Brings 6 months to 2 years of SDR or BDR experience, ideally from a startup where outbound motion was being built or scaled.
- Communicates with confidence and persistence, and is comfortable using cold calling to reach senior stakeholders.
- Shows a strong builder mentality and already uses AI tools in day-to-day work to improve speed and effectiveness.
