What the role involves

Work with the wider team to create a warm, friendly arrival and departure experience so guests are happy to return and recommend the property.
Engage with guests in a suitable, thoughtful way and encourage feedback through the guest experience survey.
Clean and prepare bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared areas to the required Innkeepers Lodge brand standard.
Maintain excellent cleanliness and safety by following opening and closing procedures consistently.
