Role overview
eir is hiring a Retail Store Manager for its Nenagh store in the O'Connell Street business area. This position places you at the front line of the brand, where you will guide a dedicated team, support strong sales performance, and help customers choose broadband and mobile products that match their needs.
The role combines customer service, team leadership, and store operations. You will be expected to create a positive in-store experience, support revenue growth, and help strengthen eir’s position in a competitive retail environment. The package includes a monthly salary plus commission-based earnings.

Key accountabilities
- Speak with customers to understand what they need and guide them toward the right broadband and mobile options.
- Take ownership of individual and team sales targets and help ensure they are reached consistently.
- Handle customer questions and concerns quickly so that satisfaction and loyalty remain high.
- Oversee operational tasks such as stock management, cash handling, and administrative work.
- Make sure store practices follow eir policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Keep up with market movements and competitor activity so information shared with customers stays current and relevant.
