Role Summary

iBaby is a premium baby retail brand that offers a thoughtfully selected assortment of essentials for infants and parents, including travel items, feeding solutions, toys, nursery products, skincare, and maternity products from well-known Indian and international brands. The brand focuses on creating a high-quality shopping journey that supports parents in choosing the right products for their children.

We are hiring an enthusiastic, customer-oriented retail sales professional to join the store team. In this position, you will greet shoppers, understand their needs, suggest suitable products, and help create a smooth and memorable in-store experience. This opportunity is especially well suited to freshers who want to start a career in premium retail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide a friendly, personalized experience in the store.
• Listen to customer needs and guide them toward products that fit those requirements.
• Showcase product features and clearly communicate their benefits.
• Work toward meeting personal and store-level sales goals.
• Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage return visits.
• Keep product displays neat, stocked, and arranged properly.
• Support billing and checkout activities whenever needed.
• Stay updated on product details, ongoing promotions, and new arrivals.
• Help maintain a clean, orderly, and visually attractive store environment.
• Coordinate with team members to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Completion of 10+2 or a graduation degree in any stream.
• Freshers may apply.
• Applicants with 0 to 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales will be preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time

Eligibility: Open to candidates with 10+2 or graduation in any discipline, including freshers. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is an added advantage.
