As a Retail Sales Representative with TCC, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, you’ll do more than sell wireless products. Compensation

The estimated average earnings for this position are $55,000 to $65,000 per year. Pay is made up of a competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission, bonuses, and profit sharing. The role also includes guaranteed hourly pay and same-day pay options. With monthly bonus opportunities and an annual profit-sharing bonus, income potential is designed to reward strong performance.

What the Day Looks Like

A typical shift begins by opening the store and welcoming customers. From there, the focus is on discovering customer needs, building trust, and recommending solutions in person or by phone. Success depends on balancing sales performance with genuine service, while training and teamwork help build long-term career skills. The position also contributes to community engagement beyond the store.

Qualifications and Work Conditions

The role also requires lifting up to 10 pounds as needed and may involve about 10% travel depending on business needs.
