Key responsibilities

Handle travel reservations end to end, covering lodging, transport, and bundled travel experiences.
Check booking information thoroughly to ensure it is complete and accurate before final confirmation.
Stay in touch with clients to collect required details and share booking updates.
Modify existing reservations whenever changes are needed.
Coordinate with travel partners to verify availability and finalize bookings.
Keep reservation records and client information well organized and up to date.

Required skills and qualifications

Strong eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
Clear written and spoken communication.
Ability to organize tasks effectively and work to deadlines.
Comfort using online reservation platforms and related tools.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience in administrative support, customer service, or reservations is an added advantage.
