Position overview
AWO Saarland is looking to hire a psychologist for the Therapeutic Student Support program in Homburg. The role starts immediately and is offered on a permanent basis.
Working conditions
This is a part-time position with 17 hours per week. Compensation is based on TV AWO Saarland EG S17.
Key duties
- Provide one-to-one and group-based support for children and young people.
- Carry out psychological testing focused on performance and personality.
- Support children and adolescents with a wide range of support needs.
- Offer guidance and assistance to parents.
What the employer is looking for
- Completed university degree in psychology (M.A. or Diploma).
- Strong practical knowledge of psychological assessment and anamnesis.
- Confident consulting and communication abilities.
- Ability to use a broad range of methods tailored to the target group.
- Valid driving licence and access to a car.
