Role Overview
As an Appointment Setter in the call centre, you will join a team of driven and energetic associates who support business growth by reaching out to potential clients, following up on enquiries and arranging appointments for sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to marketing-qualified leads from the company CRM database.
- Learn about each customer’s interests, goals and reasons for considering a property purchase.
- Build familiarity with the organisation’s projects, products, procedures, policies and services.
- Respond to basic queries and concerns about the offerings.
- Offer property-related guidance and market insight to help customers better understand the Australian property landscape.
- Arrange consultations between prospective buyers and sales consultants.
- Maintain accurate call records and notes in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Strong interest in the Australian property market.
- Prior experience in appointment setting or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Strong active listening skills with close attention to detail.
- Professional phone manner and etiquette.
- Polite, dependable and customer-focused attitude.
