Role Overview

The Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary engineering design teams and oversee delivery across the full project lifecycle. This role requires strong coordination, planning, commercial awareness, and client-facing leadership to ensure engineering packages are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality and safety expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and track multidisciplinary engineering design teams to support smooth delivery of complete engineering packages.
• Set project scope, build detailed delivery timelines, and monitor progress against critical paths to spot and resolve delays early.
• Oversee project finances, including budgeting, estimating, forecasting, and cash flow tracking against milestones.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies, while running design reviews and handling change requests.
• Identify technical and commercial risks early and apply preventive actions to safeguard schedules and profit margins.
• Ensure project execution and engineering outputs comply with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in engineering project management or design management, ideally in engineering consultancy, infrastructure, or complex energy environments.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active membership or registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is mandatory.
• A PMP certification or a similar project management qualification is strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering design processes, technical document cycles, and digital engineering tools such as BIM or CAD platforms.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities, with experience guiding diverse multicultural engineering teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required; working proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
