- Set up and maintain project governance, status reporting, and regular stakeholder communication.
- Use Agile, Waterfall, or blended delivery methods depending on the project needs.
- Spot, rank, and implement improvement opportunities tied to process, cost, service, and productivity.
- Use Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen practices to generate measurable business results.
- Run workshops such as value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and solution design sessions.
- Build in sustainability through standard work and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Improve contact center efficiency, service levels, and agent experience.
- Simplify case resolution flows, lower rework, and strengthen customer journey touchpoints.
- Support distribution network improvements related to cost, accuracy, and service results.
- Partner with supply chain, transportation, and coffeehouse operations teams.
- Lead adoption of new tools, processes, and working methods.
- Support communication, training, and handoff into steady-state operations.
- Align teams so changes stick over time.
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, or operations transformation.
- Background in delivering measurable outcomes in contact center, supply chain, or distribution settings.
- Strong working knowledge of continuous improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Comfort with project management approaches including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models.
- Preferred certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
