Role Summary
We are looking for a full-time Project Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this position, you will take ownership of multiple projects from planning through execution and final delivery, making sure scope, timelines, budget, and quality goals are consistently achieved. You will work with both internal teams and outside stakeholders, keep project schedules on track, monitor milestone progress, lead meetings, and produce clear status updates. The role also includes spotting potential risks early and putting practical mitigation plans in place. In addition, you will assist with procurement-related tasks, including expediting and inspection coordination, to ensure work stays aligned with client expectations and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of several projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Build, maintain, and track project plans, timelines, and milestone progress.
- Lead project meetings and communicate updates through well-prepared status reports.
- Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation actions.
- Support procurement-related coordination, including expediting and inspection follow-up.
- Ensure all work remains aligned with client requirements and project objectives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated project management experience, especially across hospitality and F&B projects.
- Previous exposure to working with respected contractors and consultants is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead projects and guide teams effectively.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a similar discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong background in managing projects within the hospitality sector.
- Excellent stakeholder handling, communication, and negotiation abilities, with comfort working in multicultural environments.
- Competence in project management tools and software, along with strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
