Job Overview

Greywlf Studios is seeking a dependable Production Assistant to support its growing production operations in New York. This role suits someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both hands-on set support and administrative coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Organize digital assets, graphics, and metadata for the production team.
• Assist with setting up equipment before shoots and packing it down afterward when required.
• Capture photos or video footage as needed for production work.
• Respond to questions and messages by phone or email.
• Arrive on time and be ready for scheduled shoots once they are confirmed.
• Carry out clerical and administrative duties assigned by the production team.
• Offer practical ideas for improving different parts of each project.
• Record meeting notes for future reference and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in a production assistant role is an advantage.
• Strong familiarity with the industry and how production workflows operate.
• Comfort with standard equipment handling and administrative support tasks.
• Clear communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Basic understanding of editing work.
• A self-motivated, driven, and proactive approach.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and stay mobile for long periods.
