About the Role
KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a property management company based in Dubai. They are looking for a proactive, detail-driven Procurement Officer to support efficient purchasing operations and help keep the organization running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the full procurement cycle, from sourcing and supplier identification to contract discussions and finalization.
- Research the market to find suitable vendors and assess their pricing, product or service quality, and overall capability.
- Review supplier contracts and negotiate terms that work well for the business.
- Prepare and release purchase orders while making sure goods and services arrive on time.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
- Partner with suppliers to resolve invoice issues, delivery mismatches, and related concerns.
- Keep procurement documentation accurate and organized, including contracts, orders, and vendor records.
- Track supplier performance and ensure vendors meet agreed contractual standards.
- Support the implementation and upkeep of procurement policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about current procurement practices, market developments, and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related discipline.
- Prior experience in procurement or a comparable purchasing role.
- Solid understanding of procurement workflows and core purchasing principles.
- Comfort using procurement tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong negotiation capability along with good analytical thinking.
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills for working with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to stay productive in a busy, deadline-oriented environment.
- Working knowledge of legal and commercial aspects related to procurement.
- Experience in real estate is considered an advantage.
Additional Information
This position is remote and based in the Philippines. The role is offered on a full-time basis.
