Private Equity Analyst

This role is with a leading global private equity investment firm represented by Adecco’s client. The business has a strong footprint across Asia and other major international markets, and its investments span Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare, Consumer, Industrials, and Business Services.

The position is suited to early-career professionals who want to develop a long-term path in private equity while gaining hands-on exposure to significant investment deals.

Responsibilities

• Research industries, markets, and companies to surface possible investment opportunities.
• Assess target businesses by reviewing financial statements, business models, and their competitive standing.
• Develop and update financial models, valuation work, and investment presentation materials.
• Assist with due diligence across commercial, financial, and operational areas.
• Help prepare investment committee decks and transaction-related documents.
• Track portfolio companies and review their operating and financial results.
• Partner with investment team members on live deals and portfolio oversight tasks.

Requirements

• Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, or a similar field.
• Strong capability in analytical thinking and numerical problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience with financial modelling and valuation techniques.
• Outstanding academic credentials from a top university, with a GPA of at least 3.5.
• Strong verbal and written communication, along with confident presentation skills.
• Professional-level English and Vietnamese proficiency.
