Role overview
This full-time hourly position is based in Windsor, Ontario, and supports plant production activities for a global nutrition and agricultural company. The role focuses on helping keep manufacturing running safely, smoothly, and efficiently through hands-on labour, equipment use, and site upkeep.
Key duties
- Assist with day-to-day labour needs across the plant.
- Carry out setup, cleaning, and preparation of work areas and stations.
- Safely drive mobile equipment such as forklifts or similar material-handling machines.
- Keep the facility tidy by sweeping, shoveling, painting, and completing related cleaning tasks as needed.
- Support maintenance and operations through basic troubleshooting and practical assistance.
- Help with process activities and step in to cover production duties during vacations or absences when required.
- Follow all environmental, health, and safety rules and procedures.
- Take on other tasks assigned by supervisors.

- Reliable attendance is required, and overtime may be needed.
- Commitment to the employer’s environmental, health, and safety program is mandatory.
- Applicants must be legally permitted to work in Canada.
- Relocation support is not available for this role.
Compensation and benefits
The position pays $25.35 per hour and has 4 vacancies.
