The position offers the option to work some days from local hubs in Auckland Central, Henderson, or Manukau City Centre. Training and support will mainly be provided from Albany or the Central Auckland Office, with some remote work possibilities.

The role comes with a strong training and support structure.
About you
To be successful, you should have planning experience and a tertiary qualification in urban planning, resource management, or a related discipline, ideally recognised by NZPI.
You will need a strong understanding of the Auckland Unitary Plan, the Resource Management Act 1991, and awareness of planned and upcoming legislative updates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A restricted or full clean New Zealand driver’s licence is required.
