Role Overview

This position is for a Pile Foundation Engineer/Supervisor based in Chennai. The role centers on supervising site activities, coordinating workforce and vendors, and ensuring project progress stays aligned with quality, cost, and timeline expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor planning by organizing schedules, monitoring workforce output, and preparing productivity updates.
• Work closely with contractors and vendors so that project milestones are completed on time and within the approved budget.
• Carry out routine site checks to spot safety risks early and take corrective measures where required.
• Maintain precise documentation related to project status, expenses, and stock or material tracking.

Candidate Profile

The employer is looking for someone with 1 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering or a similar discipline, with pile foundation exposure preferred. A Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil from a recognized institute is required.

Compensation: INR 3,00,000 to 5,00,000 per year.
