Role Summary

This on-site, full-time position in Patna calls for a Picker Packer who can identify the correct products in the warehouse, collect them against order sheets, and package them securely for shipment. The role covers item scanning, package labeling, stock arrangement, workplace cleanliness, and close coordination with supervisors and teammates to meet daily productivity and shift expectations.

Key Duties

• Locate ordered products within the warehouse using the provided pick list.
• Pick the correct items carefully and ensure order accuracy.
• Pack goods securely so they are ready for dispatch.
• Scan products and label packages as part of the fulfillment process.
• Arrange stock in an orderly manner and help keep the work area tidy.
• Follow safety instructions and warehouse procedures at all times.
• Inform the team about damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
• Work with supervisors and colleagues to achieve shift targets and productivity goals.

Required Profile

• Ability to understand written directions, read order lists, and manage basic paperwork.
• Comfort with basic counting and quantity verification.
• Physical readiness to stand for long periods and move packages within safe limits in a warehouse setting.
• Strong focus on accuracy while picking, packing, labeling, and checking orders.
• Dependable attendance, good time management, and respect for company rules and safety practices.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or longer working hours when needed.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment is helpful but not required.
• Preference for candidates with at least a high school education or an equivalent qualification.
