About the role

Key responsibilities

  • Own the overall growth of Singapore digital traffic, as well as sales and revenue generated through digital channels.
  • Set success measures and performance indicators for campaigns, then evaluate outcomes against wider business objectives.
  • Plan digital marketing roadmaps and design key campaigns such as double-digit festival initiatives across social, SEM and SEO channels.
  • Develop mid-term, seasonal, monthly and weekly plans to meet performance marketing targets.
  • Prepare creative briefs for paid media activity across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Work with agencies and internal stakeholders to make sure always-on and major paid media campaigns are executed correctly.
  • Draft budgets and media briefs for agency partners.
  • Support the management and optimisation of affiliate partnerships to help improve revenue.
  • Help source new affiliates and maintain strong working relationships with current partners.
  • Track campaign results and compile reporting across paid media and performance marketing platforms.
  • Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, ROAS and conversion rate, and turn findings into optimisation actions.
  • Review channel performance, report outcomes, and contribute to global best practice initiatives.
  • Ensure online creative work follows established guidelines and standards.
  • Strengthen and adapt the brand identity into clear, customer-facing content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media activity with broader business goals.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and affiliate platforms.
  • Strong ability to analyse campaign data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Working knowledge of tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once in a fast-moving environment with strong project coordination skills.
  • Highly results-driven with a strong focus on outcomes.
  • Comfortable turning data insights into practical actions and improvement plans.
  • Resourceful problem solver who is willing to challenge the status quo and work within operating constraints.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
