Overnight Maintenance Associate

Role summary

As an overnight maintenance associate, you will help create a strong first and last impression by keeping the store clean, orderly, and safe for customers and associates.

What you will do

You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across the store, including areas such as the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving zone. The role focuses on supporting a tidy, safe shopping environment throughout the facility.

Work schedule and location

This is a full-time position on the overnight shift. The job is based at Walmart Supercenter #530, 2730 N West Ave, El Dorado, AR 71730, United States.

Pay and additional compensation

The hourly wage for this role is $14 to $27 per hour. The final hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the job location. In addition to base pay, performance incentives may be available on an annual or quarterly basis. Depending on schedule, facility, season, or the type of work performed, premium pay may also apply, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. More than one premium may be paid if multiple qualifying conditions are met.

Full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities may also be eligible for Live Better U, a company-paid education program that covers tuition, books, and fees for options ranging from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English language learning and short-form certificates.
