Outdoor Accommodation Supervisor

Role overview

Westport Estate is seeking an Outdoor Accommodation Supervisor for its Caravan & Camping Park. This is a practical, on-the-ground position focused on keeping glamping tents, camping pitches, and shared guest spaces in excellent condition.

The role centers on cleanliness, presentation, and turnaround readiness across all outdoor accommodation areas. You will also guide the housekeeping team, helping to deliver a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for guests.

Core duties

• Lead and assist the cleaning team while preparing glamping tents, camping pitches, and shared facilities.
• Make sure accommodation and common areas are spotless, well-presented, and ready before guests check in.
• Carry out routine checks of units, washrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Plan daily cleaning activities and confirm that supplies and equipment remain available.
• Escalate repair needs, damage, or safety issues to management.
• Maintain strong standards across accommodation units, shower blocks, reception areas, and exterior spaces.
• Help train team members and set an example through consistent quality service.
• Observe health and safety rules and encourage environmentally responsible working practices.
• Support stock management and wider operational planning when required.

Experience and skills

This role is best suited to someone with hospitality or accommodation experience, ideally with prior supervisory exposure. The company is looking for a person who is well organised, communicates clearly, works well with others, and is committed to high standards, safety, and ongoing improvement.
