Role Overview

The Operating Principal works directly with the CEO and senior leaders on important business initiatives. The role is broad in scope and is designed for someone who can act as a versatile problem-solver across multiple priorities.

You will be responsible for driving several projects at once and creating measurable business impact by designing, improving, and sustaining processes and products that help the company scale.

What You'll Do

• Spot new opportunities that can drive growth and increase revenue.
• Design and refine scalable operating processes that support expansion.
• Own and execute high-priority initiatives across the business.

What You'll Need

• A degree in STEM or another highly quantitative discipline from a top-tier university.
• Evidence of exceptional achievement across different areas of your career or education.
• At least 4 years of experience in a leading investment bank, private equity firm, strategy consultancy, or high-growth technology company.
• Prior experience working abroad or living as an expatriate.
