Non IT Recruiter

Role Overview

This position is for a Non-IT Recruiter working from home with an immediate joining requirement. The role is with Contactx Resource Management Pvt. Ltd. and is based in Prayagraj, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing plans and define the most relevant talent pools for each hiring need.
• Share at least 6 to 7 candidate CVs with clients every day.
• Achieve a monthly target of 3 to 5 candidate joinings.
• Conduct weekly calls with each client point of contact and circulate meeting notes to the client, Director Operations, and recruiters.
• Keep a client-wise tracker updated with receipt dates, actions completed, response timelines, and current status.
• Find candidates through job boards, professional networking channels, and modern sourcing tools.
• Assess profiles, map critical competencies, and shortlist candidates based on role fit and evaluation outcomes.
• Manage candidate movement through the pipeline to improve conversion rates.
• Participate in client review discussions, align expectations, and handle recruitment-related issues.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for recurring and open mandates.
• Track drive-wise and position-wise activity to improve operational efficiency and revenue outcomes.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including client coordination, candidate follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
