Sirva is hiring a Move Management Consultant to coordinate household relocation services for a major client. The position is based at the Canberra branch in Hume and is centered on delivering responsive, detail-oriented support across international and domestic moves.

This position plays a key part in ensuring relocation services are delivered smoothly from start to finish. Key duties

  • Handle onboarding and activation paperwork from clients and create and keep organised files for each relocatee.
  • Keep relocatees updated on the progress of every part of their move.
  • Chase missing quotations or information from moving-service branches and external suppliers.
  • Respond quickly and appropriately to customer requirements.
  • Contact relocatees on time throughout the relocation timeline in line with KPI expectations.
