Overview
This role is for a mobile vehicle technician who travels in specially equipped service vehicles to customer locations and delivers high-quality support on site. The position is part of a service team focused on helping advance sustainable transport through expert repair and maintenance of electric vehicles.
What the Role Involves
- Carry out service, repairs, and improvements using company-specific diagnostic software while visiting customers at their locations.
- Work independently in the field and take responsibility for completing jobs to a high standard.
- Inspect vehicles carefully so repairs are completed correctly the first time and return work meets strict quality expectations.
- Coordinate with local and regional teams to exchange knowledge, share support, and improve the overall service experience.
- Learn vehicle technology and electric vehicle repair methods through structured in-house training.
- Support the full mobile service workflow when needed, including parts handling and scheduling tasks.
- Handle customer interactions directly, complete basic repairs, explain technical details, and guide customers on proper vehicle use.

Candidate Requirements
- Hands-on professional experience in vehicle servicing and repair, ideally gained in automotive, aviation, marine, or a similar technical environment.
- Relevant certification or qualification that authorizes vehicle repair work.
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- A full European driver’s licence, Class B for cars.
- Willingness to work shifts and, when required, support work at a service centre.
