An integrated Auckland agency is seeking a Mid-Weight Designer to join its team and work across a broad mix of clients and creative assignments. This position suits someone with solid agency experience who enjoys switching between different briefs and producing polished design work across multiple channels.

What you’ll be doing

You will create digital-led design solutions for campaigns, social content, websites and other online materials, while also contributing to broader brand, advertising and content projects. The role involves managing your own workload, collaborating with colleagues, and helping develop ideas from concept through to finished output.

What they’re looking for

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of agency experience and feels confident handling a variety of projects and clients. Strong digital design skills are important, along with a careful eye for detail and a commitment to producing considered, high-quality creative work. Experience in video editing, motion graphics or animation would be an added advantage, though it is not essential.
